Dry technology squaring machine for the brick sector
Ecobrick is a dry squaring machine for the brick sector that uses a greater number of calibrating spindles compared to other systems. This allows a considerable reduction in vibration, a delicate treatment of the product and at the same time guarantees the maximum precision and an increase in production speed.
The machine has a strong electro-welded steel frame and has been precision machined to guarantee maximum accuracy. It can be equipped with 2 - 4 calibrating spindles on each side that can be fitted with Ø 500 mm front grinding wheels.
All the calibrator unit motors are fitted with special safety guards and with lower dust extractor hoods. The extractor hoods are connected to the central dust extractor duct that conveys the dust towards the bag filter (to be supplied separately).
The height of the tiles is adjusted automatically by two keyboard-controlled vertical drives. Once the required size has been positioned, the working pressure on the upper belts is applied by pneumatic cylinders mounted on connecting rods that compensate for small height measurement errors.
The width of the tiles is also adjusted automatically by a single self-centring drive (it opens or closes by the same amount both on the right and on the left with respect to the axis of the line). The individual spindles are adjusted via a keyboard-controlled gearmotor.
