This step is part of the process focused on the development of the American headquarter in Crossville- Tennessee (US), which has been opened in 2017 and has rapidly established itself as pre and after-sales center for logistics and assistance.
After the works that took place during spring 2019 and concerning the creation of the workshop for the regeneration of the squaring and lapping mandrels, BMR USA has decided to strengthen its presence online to further consolidate that customer service imprint that is giving it excellent recognition.
After Florim and Stone Peak, also Del Conca USA has chosen BMR as its reference partner for the installation of the digital squaring line at the American factory in Loudon – Tennessee (USA). This is a fully automatic production line, in which each electro-mechanical unit is controlled in real-time by the PLC software. The aim of this development is to eliminate manual intervention by the operator and, at the same time, to minimize production losses.

The BMR American headquarter keeps demonstrating its attention and dedication to customer care, providing assistance throughout the entire process: from the project planning to the after-sales support to the ability of customizing the manufacturing plant.
The company based in Scandiano (RE) has in fact invested in the Crossville site adding new spaces and new resources within logistics and spare parts departments, as well as in the technical field, aware that increasing the efficiency of spare parts management plays a fundamental role in ensuring a functional union between pre and after-sales.
The aim is to optimize the synergy of the process linked to the ceramic finishing process – of which BMR is a strong representative -, allowing cost and time reduction in favor of complete, fast and punctual advice, always more effective.
