Polishing and treatment line

The polishing and treatment line mechanically processes technical porcelain.
The processing carried out by the polishing and treatment line is divided into 3 stages that ensure an optimum result:
– the first involves rough grinding using a roller calibrating unit to remove surface roughness
– the second is polishing, which uses tangential heads and medium and fine grinding tools to remove any roughness or grooves left by the calibrator unit to make the surface extremely smooth in preparation for lapping
– the third is lapping, which uses tangential heads fitted with super fine polishing tools
