At the beginning of the 70's BMR mechanical constructions is born and develops, following the growth of the ceramic industry.
After important installations in Italy and abroad, for machinery for loading and unloading, and enamel lines, at the beginning of the 90's BMR continues to follow its customers with its traditional experience in enamel and dedicates part of its resources to mechanical processing of tile, after firing.
The first squarer-chamfer grinders are dedicated to ceramics and in particular to porcelain. The SYNCROBELT Bmr squarer soon obtains consensus from the market, in that even today it is the only grinder not derived from machinery from the marble and stone industry, with specific characteristics for ceramics.
In 2004 BMR acquires Cemar polishers, ceramic machinery division. With the experience of the acquired partner, BMR enters the market as supplier of a complete polishing-squaring line for porcelain and an important range of heads for polishing, satin finishing and lapping both of technical porcelain as well as enamel.
To the complete lines BMR adds the CUT CRASH, cutting system for the concept of incision and fracture of tile, the TUCANO line of edging machines and other products that distinguish BMR in the ceramic market.
The research, the experience and the after sales service have enabled BMR to carry out important consignments of complete lines for polishing, squaring and cutting for incision and grinding, making available even to the most demanding customers a series of machine tools that give an added value to the ceramic product.
